Our Strategic Plan

The Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities is guided by a Strategic Plan, which is a multi-year plan to meet the needs of the people with developmental disabilities served and their families.

We are currently working within our three-year strategic plan, which spans 2021, 2022, 2023. Following the previous strategic plan, our goal remains to provide the individuals we serve with excellent programs, support, and services while putting forth the best possible image of our organization through consistent, open communication.
